The New Me
Over six months, I was Daata’s artist liaison and project co-ordinator on The New Me (2022) by Rosie Gibbens. This was Rosie’s most ambitious project to date and I supported her throughout its development.
The New Me presents an absurd, dystopian retro-futurist vision of consumerism, in which a large fictional corporation called Ilium manufactures and markets pointless products to bored consumers. Tongue-in-cheek, we previewed the project at a trade fair - EXPO Chicago.
